We want you to love your weaving projects, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused yarn and weaving supplies. Items must be in their original packaging and original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused yarn or equipment in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in sellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
