Four colors of Beam 8/2 Organic Cotton and a varied Huck threading make four distinct and beautiful towels. This project provides a fantastic opportunity to experiment with different treadling sequences, and to gain a practical understanding of how warp and weft floats work in different colors and on both sides of a fabric. Order a kit.

  • 4-shaft loom 
  • 10 or 15-dent reed
  • 30-87 heddles per shaft
  • 1 boat shuttle + bobbins

Warp:  Beam 8/2 Organic Cotton, 730 yds Natural, 610 yds Inkwell, 570 yds Jade, 20 yds Dawn. 

Weft:  Beam 8/2 Organic Cotton, 880 yds Dawn.
